At NOMVIA, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, no reason needed (right of withdrawal in accordance with European regulations).

Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.

How to initiate a return: Contact us before sending the product back.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund: Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund to the original payment method or as store credit, according to your preference. The usual processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

Defective products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, cover the return shipping costs and we will send you a new one at no additional cost.
